अर्जदार विद्यार्थ्यांची दिलेली माहिती ही खरी आहे. अर्जदार विद्यार्थ्याला मी संस्थेचे सर्व नियम वाचून दाखविले असून त्यानिय मांचे व संस्थेच्या शिस्तीचे तो कसोशीने पालन करील व या विषयी मी हमी देत आहो, इतकेच नव्हे तर संस्थेचे सांप्रतचे नियम व पुढे अस्तित्वात येणारे सर्व नियम सदरहू अर्जदार विद्यार्थ्यास / विद्यार्थीनिस बंधनकारक राहतील व त्यांची तो /ती पालनही करील. संस्थेचा अधिकारी वर्ग व संस्था याबाबत बाधा आणील असे कोणतेही वर्तन विद्यार्थी / विद्यार्थीनी करणार नाही याबाबत मी खात्री देत आहो. संस्थेच्या नियमास विद्यार्थ्यांनी / विद्यार्थीनी बाधा आणल्यास संस्था घेईल तो निर्णय मला मान्य असेल.

  • रहिवासी दाखला

  • उत्पन्नाचा दाखला

  • विद्यार्थ्याचे दहा आयकार्ड साईज फोटो

  • डोळयाची अथवा अन्य शस्त्रक्रिया / विद्यार्थ्यावर कोणतेही उपचार सुरू असल्यास त्याची कागदपत्रे
